Mpumi Ziswane rude rotten tomato at TFG group

Foschini in Sandton Rude Employee I bought a pair of boots at Foschini in Sandton on Sunday 03.06.2023 at 14:44 and to my surprise when I wore the pair of boots, I took size 3 and size 5, when I returned them in the afternoon, I asked for the store manager to assist, when I confirmed with her if she was the manager she rudely rep**** that she was employed and an employee. I was so shocked and disappointed on her response to a customer. Her name is Mpumi Ziswane. I am still trying to understand who such a loved store can have a rude and unprofessional employee and wonder if she slept her way to get promoted as a manager let alone a job. She doesn't deserve to be a TFG ambassador.

Moving on I explained my story and she said was going to call me back which I highly doubt. And she explained that she can't give the size 3 as an exchange saying she was going to give the shoe to charity. I've work at a retail store before and what I experienced was sickening.
