Foschini Rude call centre staff members

Foschini Call Centre employees are extremely rude The treat us like *********. I have sent all the relevant documents regarding my dismissal including the CCMA Section187 certificate. At no point did i say i will not pay towards my account however I shall not allow to be spoken to especially the call of 24 November 2020.
