Foschini retrenchment insurance is a big ****....
<p>I have had a Sterns(foschini group) account since 2010 ...since then I have joined the Lifenet as extra coverage just in case I get retrenched they will cover the fees for more account balance ....... I got retrenched at end of Jan 2017 and took the necessary paperwork to Sterns N1 City and was assured all is in order ....Now months later while applying for a LOAN at a bank I'm told I'm blacklisted by Foschini and the amount was never covered...what do I do....I contacted the store ...who claims paperwork gets deleted a month later....Never get through to customer service or lifenet ...what do I do to get my name cleared ********** 914</p>
