Foschini retail store and Finrite insurance company

Hello Peter, I had the most unpleasant experience with the Finrite insurance company through the Foschini retail store. After a whole year of having insured my mobile device with them, they declined my claim. Provided all the necessary documentation, they even asked to write a letter to explain why I claimed late but they still couldn't assist me. If there's any way I can get a new device or get my money back please assist
