Foschini refusing to refund/exchange for my dress

Foschini is refusing to refund me. I have been begging them after purchasing a dress and it was too small. Mrs Caela Roberts played games with me. Pretending to assist me then she went quiet on me, when I try to ask her to assist me then she started sending me messages that my query was resolved which is all a lie
