Foschini refuses to accept Homr Affairs ID
I thought being hijacked at gunpoint was traumatising enough, but then I tried to replace my Foschini Group store card. Standard Bank, Edcon, Makro, Vodacom and Pick n Pay all accepted my home affairs issued temporary ID. Foschini group refused to, were pathetic and unhelpful in their interactions with me and I was basically told to get lost and come back when I get my new home affairs issued ID card.
