FOSCHINI REAP OFF

my mother has an account with Foschini,she bought a phone in march and cancelled the one insurance which the Foschini insurance company never did, when she called the customer service, they said she must call the insurance and she did that, they found the cancellation letter and reversed the money and ordered her not to pay the October installment, now November she had to pay twice, they are refusing to give her back the reversal amount 528.50, they say its for charges coz she did not pay OCTOBER, that's a reap off to me,

two weeks later im calling them and there is nothing done on the matter REF RM 208929
