Foschini rapping money of the poor

Made an online order on the Foschini online store 25/09/2020, order number P***, items arrived in dribs and drabs except for 2 items. I have called the call centre since the 10th October with the promise that the items will make a way to me as the courier company has them. I have spoken to 4 different personnel at the call centre, Rihanna, Bianca Fester, Khanyisa, cant recall the other one, who all promise to call back, but never call back. I am beyond angry for the service I have received from the online store- worse that of the agents who are supposed to sort out our concerns. I have called more than ten times and have spent more than R300 in airtime and still have not been assisted. I don't know whether Foschini has taken my cash as a donation to them . I need my money back.
