Foschini Promenade rate one of the poorest customer service ever...

Foschini at Promenade Mall, Mitchell's Plain is the worst, I bought a bought at Foschini Promenade and after 3 days of purchase the phone was faulty and I took it back to the store and I was assisted by Priscilla and she told me the phone will take 5 day, so this week Monday I called the store for hours from 9am and I was attended by Priscilla at 4pm and the said to me their mechanic did find tje fault amd they I must come Tuesday as they will credit me, and today I'm at the store and I'm being told that the phone is not yet credited and the lady by the name of Siphokazi is not willing to help shenis just clueless about everything and when I wamt to do follow up myself hence I see the cashier is not willing she is telling me she doesn't have the mechanic number and the name of their supplier so I then requested to talk to Priscilla who is not willing to help she also is not aware of their supplier..

If you want poor service and *********** store then Foschini Promenade ticks those box, I would never advise people to device purchase at that shop not unless you willing to be send from pillar to pillar, I'm astonished by how unprofessional this store is..
