Foschini Pritchard and Eloff worst nightmare

This store in Pritchard and Eloff street in Jhb CBD charged my bank card twice for one purchase on the 1st July 2019. I went back the following day to show bank sms and was told to go to the bank to get a statement which I did. I took back the statement showing the two debits and was told by the customer service upstairs (two males) one being the so called manager that my receipt and statement will be sent to their head office. Was told to write my number on a piece of paper and I'll be called the next day. To date I have not been contacted by the store. I have never experienced such treatment from any store. I'm angry and just want my money back. ☹️☹️
