Foschini Policy Smam

People always warm against taking policies with retail shops because they are ****s. Foschini has proven this to be true because my late mother took a policy with them and she passed on in December. We’ve have submitted everything to foschini to claim but they haven’t even called back to process the policy. This has been a huge inconvenience to my family.
