FOSCHINI PLACING CLIENTS AT RISK AND DONT CARE!!!

On the 16th May 2019 my phone was ****** and when I tried to do a sim swap at MTN I was told that this number is under contract with the Foschini Group. In 2016 I receieved an SMS from Foshini Group advising that I would recieve R55 airtime every month and when I contacted them and spoke to a Teamleader she promised to call me back which she did not.

I have now contacted Foschini and they say that the contract was taken out by Mrs L Ntombana. How can you allow one person to take out a contract one some else's number and now I am told that this L Ntombana needs to cancel the number herself. This is both ridiculous and ludacris as I cannot even cancel this number meaning that these ****** are able to use this number as they see fit.

I AM MAD AS HELL BECAUSE FOSCHINI HAVE MESSED UP, WERE NEVER PREPARED TO ASSIST ME IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW I AM AT RISK AS SOME ****** CAN NOW USE MY NUMBER.

I WANT THIS SITUATION RESOLVED NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
