Foschini pathetic online service

It's almost 2 weeks now and Foschini is not assisting me with my query. I ordered online and not all my items were delivered. I have been calling this whole week, spending my airtime for nothing. Getting pathetic service from the call center agents. @Foschini please respond to RM292124. I need my refund for the item not delivered. Is it too much to ask? This is ridiculous
