Foschini online store a ****

Purchased an some items that were on promotion throught Foshini online store. The order was processed and my money was taken but instead of receiving a purchase succesful email i recieve an email saying that the order was cancelled. I ask for a refund sunce the items i wanted werw only on promotion on that day only and they send an email sayung the refund was processed and it will take 7-14 working days. Fast forward to 18 working days later and still nothing. They keep saying i should check with my bank if they have been any adjustments to my account and honestly that is absurd as i fet notificatiins on my phone for every adjustment on my account. I want my money back Foschin. NXA!
