Foschini online shopping is bull****

I ordered a wallet online on the 6th of Jan, up until today I have not received my parcel, I called them twice all I hear is lousy stupid stories from there. All I want now is my refund from them nothing else. The tracking information shows the parcel is with the courier since the 7th as if it is being transported abroad. I'm am disappointed will never do online again
