Foschini online shopping

I disappointed in the service, and consultants poor customer service. The worse part consultants are rude. I will never buy anything from this shop ever again, I bought shoes online, however the size is too big, so I wanted to exchange only to be told I can't can't exchange online I have to go to store, where the hell am I gona find the store because at Bela-Bela we don't have foschini, I mean what is the use of buying online if I can't exchange online? It doesn't make sense and I'm told about policies, the consultant even said to me " you can't compare Apple to Banna" when I told her I always buy online and exchange on other stores. I won't be surprised when I can learn that we don't have TFG group anymore because wow...unless training and policy can be in place.
