Foschini Online Poor Service

I had an issue with online purchasing which was not delivered but charged for. I was promised a refund. The person I was dealing with promised to get back to me the same day after understanding the problem. After numerous emails to this individual, to date I have had absolutely no response or any joy with this matter. That is me done with Foschini.
