Foschini online - OVERCHARGED - BAD BUSINESS ETHIC.

Becareful when Foschini have a special. For example, the last one was 35% off selected items for online sales only. Thei invoice you agree to at checkout says one amount, but when using your foschini card to pay, they charge you a different amount. A higher amount. In my case they over charged me R400!

I purchased 8 items and they did not deduct the correct 35% off as advertised, therefore overcharging me.

Now the struggle to get this resolved is painful. i have sent 5 emails in total. Each one coming back saying " your query has been resolved", yet it has not.

I have phoned 3 times and no one can help me.
