I place an online order on the 17 August 2023, have been sending them numerous emails regarding my order they always respond it's been shipped, I must wait for 7-14 working days. I even sent them an email to refund me back as the has taken too long to be delivered. They gave me number to track my order on 17Track, so today I went to my nearest post office to collect the order to my surprise it was a necklace that I did not order. The clothing I order they nowhere to be found.
