FOSCHINI ONLINE ORDER IS A NIGHTMARE

<p>Nothing is as frustrating as using the TGF online shop. My previous order which was placed on 28/11/2016 was cancelled on 04/12/2016 because they had no stock. This despite the fact that I spoke to Cameron, Judy, Elise/Emis who all assured me I should not worry about the fact that the order status is stuck on "Processing" - the order is with the warehouse and will be dispatched soon. Lo and behold! On Monday I find out the order has been cancelled because there was no stock. So I decided to place another order for different items yesterday (which is not what I originally wanted). I called this morning and spoke to Deidre - I advised her of my experience last week. She assured me the status should change today from "Processing" to something else. I followed up again and spoke to Ayesha and her team leader - Cheryl - neither of them can guarantee there is stock and no one knows when the order will change from "Processing". Cheryl's excuse is "TGF group has only been online for two years and we are babies". Do yourselves a favour - visit other online shopping sites like Spree, Poetry, etc and see how it is done. Last year I had the same feeble excuses from you and ended up having to email ********** who handed the matter to ********** and the matter was resolved within 24 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>If it is not too difficult for you two year old babies - will I receive my order and when is the status going to chance from "Processing". Do even have stock?</p>
