Foschini Online Free Bag with perfume is false advertising

I purchased a perfume with a free bag as a special and it all went through and I was charged over a R1000 and they delivered the perfume but did not deliver the bag. When I called their customer service online sales line and they said they sourced the bag from another store and should be delivered within 2 days and then they cancelled the bag on their side because there was no stock. This was false sales and false advertising. I sent an email 3 days ago and still have no reply.
