Foschini Online - BIGGEST *******

I am absolutely disgusting in foschini online. I have been calling every month since last year for a credit due to me. Every time I call I am told it will be processed. I've just looked at the latest statement and still it's not done. Every month I have wasted so much of airtime calling for something that should've been done correctly the first time. IT'S A NEW YEAR AND IT'S STILL NOT DONE! My account number is ***. The incorrect credit note passed is p***. I have emails from consultants telling me it will be processed in 10 days but absolutely nothing done! SORT THIS OUT ASAP. I WILL NOT BE PAYING UNTIL THIS IS SORTED
