I purchased an expensive perfume online as a gift to someone special and when I opened the parcel, the box wasn't even covered in cellophane and was dirty (greasy marks) and had been punctured by something like a pair of scissors. It looked as though it had been standing on a shelf for years and I definitely couldn't give it as a gift. I contacted the suppliers and they just said that they couldn't help me as they had no more stock.
