Foschini - NO REGARD FOR THE LAW!!!!!! Being under debt review (with I have to say the WORST debt counselling company EVER - Debt Busters), So Debt Busters blame their system for a ***** up with my account, then after many frustrating emails they agree to pay the outstanding amount to Fochini lawyers, which they actually do (OMG!!!) but Foschini Lawyers (+27 31 ********** ) keep calling even AFTER they received the Proof of payment. I have informed them that I am NOT allowed to receive phone calls at work, but I guess they don't give a rats ass if I get a warning or even get fired because of them because then NO ONE will get any money. Well done Foschini Lawyers - YOU ARE REAL BRIGHT Sparks aren't you.
Is it legal for creditors to call your work? It is not per se ******* for a debt collector to call you at work. But the FDCPA prohibits debt collection calls to your job if the debt collector “has reason to know” that your employer forbids those calls. (Learn more about ******* debt collection practices.)
