Foschini ****med me of my refund.

Foschini *****ed me and refuse to refund all my returned items without explanation. I purchased the clothes on BASH online foschini and all the items were not fitting and some they sent the sizes I did not request. I returned them for refund but they decided not to refund the other items without explanation. No one want to explain why nor to help me. I am highly disappointed, hurt and feel ****** from and ****med order number B***4-01
