foschini ****** me

If was up to me, the rating should be zero star on this one. I am writing here very disappointed at the service they offered me today. On the 25th of June, i have lay byed a coat at Foschini Kolonnade mall and assisted by Veronica kekana. because they said they also offer the services of lay bye in their store. today when i went to pay up the remaining balance, they gave me different coat from what i have bought. i told the lady at the till that that was not what i have purchased. when i ask what really happened she said it always happens. she called the manager (dineo) who also said it always happens its not just me. i find it very disappointing as you advertise the services that you do not offer. I had to pay for something that i did not buy and had to go home with nothing as i could not take something that i did not like. They sold the coat that i had already bought to their friends and replaced it with a different one with same colour and size. i find that act VERY unprofessional and very gangsterism. if there was an explanation i would understand. for a manager to say "that always happens" explains a lot with your store. you cannot sell same item to different people. that is daylight *******. if the TFG favours only your family and friends don't open your doors to everyone.
