Foschini Markham's Alberton

Foschini/Markham's Alberton DO NOT resolve customer complaints. The POOREST service I have come across in a while! Sent in laptop on a claim in April 2020 and as at today 25 Sep 2020 still no resolve. I have almost paid it up on my account already but have not had the enjoyment of actually having it in my possession... w t ??? Their insurance??? Pls what a nightmare!!!! Never, but never again!!!
