Incident Report – Missing Item after Purchase Date: 27 September 2025 Receipt Number / Transactional Number: SR ***

I completed a purchase on 27 September 2025. As I was leaving the store, the alarm at the door beeped. A staff member at the exit stopped me and removed the items I had just bought from my shopping bag to check them. After the inspection, not all the items were returned. Specifically, a pair of pants that I purchased was not placed back into my bag.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that my missing item be returned or replaced.
