Foschini magazine subscription ****

Hi all, please be aware if you have an clothing account with Foschini stores. they have money that they deduct for magazines monthly. I have had money deducted monthly for magazines that we did not subscribe for and this has been happening for years, when we finally find out we cancelled and they said they will refund us, of which they didn't only to add more magazines on our account from 3 magazines which was R91 to 5 magazines for R168 which we have to pay. this is pure ***** we asked them to check who authorized those subscriptions on their system they said they will investigate. Which is the same story they told us before. We have had this account since 2015 meaning we have been losing money on something we never signed up for. We need to be refunded all this money they have been de*****ing us for all these years.
