my wife has an account with foschini. we decided to pay off the account and also stop the magazine that we bever receiced but we charged for. despite the cancellation, we are still getting billednfor the magazines. i decided to do a follow up, the person i spoke to wa bot helpful. i asked to speak to the team leader, Sandra, i was told to hold on as she was busy on the phone. the next thing Sandra was no longer able to speak to me as she had gone to the meeting. i left my contact details, till today nobody has contcted.
