Foschini laybye processes

Hi my name is Linah On the 23rd I went to Foschini Mamelodi Crossing to make a lay bye it was the 3 of us in the que and I was the 1st one in line. Cashier called me to come forward and asked me means of payment then I told her no I am making a laybye then she told me to stand aside she will help me as soon as she is done with the other people I did as she said then I went around to look for the manager I found a lady while I was walking around whom I assumed was the manager I then asked her why do they always put me aside when I come and make lay bye then she just told me lay bye are problematic the system tends to get slow so I asked her then why are they allowing lay bye if this is what happens. And what was really annoying is they had one till point open mind u its pay day there's bound to be ques.
