Foschini Kolonade

I went to Foschini Kolonade Pretoria on Friday 20.05.2022. Asked to get my lost card replaced. Lady tried on two computers,eventually got message to call customer service They informed her that the system was offline. I was told to return at a later stage. Upon exiting the store I received a message my account was blocked due to unusual purchases.I went back into the store and the lady could not even remember me!!!!. Now I have to call the ***** line and get sorted.
