FOSCHINI KATHU
I bought a cellphone (Nokia 2.1) from Foschini Kathu, it only worked for 5 days then the phone only shutdown. I took it back to Foschini on 17 January - the lady their told me it will take 2 - 3 weeks to repair and send back. It is now more than 5 weeks. I dont get any repsonse out of them and each time I phone it is a new excuse. I locked a complaint with head office also and no one is phoning me back to resolve this matter. Is their any way you can help me.
