Foschini is useless

Was about to purchase a house whe they informed me that my foschini account has been handed over to some lawyers. Called foschini they say they cant disclose anything with regards to my account since it has been handed over . I call the lawyers and they said they have no record of my account . Ive been calling around back and f0rth and no one seems to know what is happening with my account . I just need to settle what ever thet saying i owe because my life cant be stuck because of thèm.
