Foschini is so ***********.......they have big departments and quick to rush for us to pay but cant clear you when you have paid

I opened an account last year and decided after few months to settle the account, that was in November 2018. this year they call me and tell me I have been handed over and also listed on ITC.

My question is do they check with their finance department before listing people. There are so many millions of South Africans that are owing and im treated like a bad debts.....its unacceptable. its been three weeks been sent from pillar to post, I still cant get the clearance letter even after I have sent proof like zillion times.

how do you encourage people to pay or settle their debts if even when you pay you still treated as a bed debts, guys its a long process,its even hurtfull when you realise you are listed when you need emergency funds.

Foschini group im so angry now.
