Foschini is like a bad ex you cant get rid of!

Dear Foschini, after receiving a few disgusting calls from your call centre over R60 i requested to have the account closed. I was told i cant just close the account it needs to happen during a certain week of the month. After the 13th i think? I then made a point to contact Foschini during that week and was told i have to go to a branch to close it ... which i then promtly did ... i paid everything in full and then contacted your call centre to confirm all has been done as was requested by yourselves. You did not close the account you then loaded my account with arrear costs for money outstanding on a paid up account - not clever but ok - i then phoned in to ask why the account was not closed and i was told i must pay for the arrears - luckily i had a lady with some integrity and she very quickly requested for the arrear costs to be returned and then to have the account closed. Month 3 and you still havent closed the account - and can i tell you what your call centre lady said to me .... its not during the week accounts get closed and i have now accumulated R8.00 credit so they cant close it. REALLY ...LIKE REALLY??????????? WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO TO RID THEMSELVES OF THE HORROR WE CALL FOSCHINI!!!!!!!!!!!!! CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!
