FOSCHINI is always having a very bad Customer service

FOSCHINI is always having a very bad Customer service. On Monday the 08 August 2022 I went there to submit my claim form for a ****** PHONE. But till today they haven't email my claim form to monitor Cell INSURANCE under TFG.They fail Customers big time.
