Foschini is a rip-off

My mother had an airtime contract with Foschini and she decided to cancel it and go pay as you go. The after service since the change has been atrocious. They changed it to pay as you go and did a sim swap without advising us that the number belongs to Foschini and when the number got cut of I started asking questions because MTN says the number is invalid and not registered on the MTN network. I tried to reason with them but just just kept on giving me the standard bull**** and in the end I bought a new sim card again and changed her number and she lost more than R500 worth of airtime.

I will NEVER EVER do business with them or even buying cash from them. They are *********** the customers big time.

The branch at the Festival Mall in Kempton Park is pathetic.
