Foschini is a ****
It seems as if Foschini prides themselves on making money from customers already owing, by charging them additionally for calls which are never and have never been received. Dear Foschini, you do not have my cellphone contact details to begin with, but I'm being charged R20 per call? Who are you phoning? And have the nerve to be charging the calls to me each time!!! Obviously this would make anyone's owing amount significantly higher - and that for not answering a call which never came. Talk about a **** !!!!!!!

22 Oct 2024, 11:24It would be courteous to follow up Foschini, as your representatives have nothing but free time to be calling and charging for those calls, even without having my cellphone number. I sent through a direct email a few days ago to Foschini, to follow up on the above matter. All of which was entirely ignored, with a response only pertaining to me having to pay. This business has no customer service etiquette. All they will do is charge you for irrelevant nonsense and harass you for the money. But when you query it, there's no feedback. Next stop, Foschini head office and public awareness
