FOSCHINI IN THE DINOSAUR AGE

Phoning to TFG to find out why her credit report says she owes R21 000 but according to Foschini she is paid up. The guy I first encountered interrupted me twice whilst I was talking but I asked him not to as he don't know what it is that I need from him. So he transferred me to the legal department and then I was transferred to customer services with option 5 to press and I explain to this women what it is I need. A paid up letter for my daughter who lives far from the Foschini store. She then said that it is company policy to not speak with me as her mother but she is adamant my daughter needs to walk as she has no idea where she lives or what her circumstances are. It is company policy. I said I will forward her Danniele's stuff as well as my ID etc. Nope it's company policy. Ok, then phone her. Oh she cannot do that either as she is inbound. FOSCHINI group - I really thought you are with the time we are in. You are incapable of fixing this account to paid up status and you have to be able to assist where possible. You rigidity is appalling. A PAID UP LETTER for goodness sake. What was so life threatening that this is so incapable to do? She could've taken my daughter's email address and communicated with her.
