Foschini in-store stuff is great but least can be said of the foschini cellphone insurance stuff.

I went to Foschini at Irene village mall and I have to say the stuff there was fantastic. What bothered me was having to deal with the cellphone insurance company they use. It was hard to get hold of them & even harder to get them to assist even after getting hold of them. The foschini stuff was very helpful in helping to resolve my claim & will recommend their services to anyone.
