Foschini in shambles
For 2 weeks, I am trying unsuccessfully to obtain my statement from the recoveries dept. The call centre says the account is handed over to debt collectors and the debt collectors say that they sent the account back to Foschini. I need this statement urgently. The call center cannot assist the least bit as they have no idea what I am even talking about
