FOSCHINI ILLANGA - WORST STORE IN THE COUNTRY

I emailed customers services and informed them about a staff member from Foschini, Illanga Mall, Mbombela who said "**** you" to my boyfriend after he complained about their service. The regional manager called me and apologised and said she disciplinary proceedings will be instituted against her and that I will get a R250-voucher to apologise as they would like to keep me as a customer. I also received a call from the manager of that store who said she will look into it. 2 weeks later, I went to the store and the staff member was still working in the make up section (she was using testers doing her make-up in the window in front of everyone who walked past to see-how professional), so I went through the entry to the clothing section. I got a few clothing items and asked the teller to please load the voucher and she said there is no voucher. I felt annoyed and disappointed so I left all the items at the teller and decided that was my last purchase at a Foschini-store. I am disappointed and disgusted by the bad management and image this store is portraying on the brand.
