Foschini ignorance

I have since March 2020 sent emails tk a tgif group email I found on the internet to inform that that I have not received my salary and face possible retrenchment. They have not acknowledged/rep**** to my email. I went to their store and they didn't even know their retrenchment policy process. I just got called today and told there's no automatic insurance on the account and therefore they'll be handing the account over. Irrespective of the emails I've been sending since not having an income since March.
