Foschini has the worst service ever

Lodged a complaint on this platform about my phone that has been in repairs for 4 months now. Foschini responded saying they would contact me directly about my complaint. No one has reached out to me still, I had to go on their Facebook page for them to even ask for my details and that's where it ended. The worst thing is that they refuse to fix my phone and now they are refusing to bring it back so that I can fix it myself. What kind of service is this now honestly
