Foschini handed me over to attorneys by mistake

The letter below is the letter I was trying to submit on their site after no one at any contact number could assist me, only to get this error <br> <br> Proxy Error<br> <br> The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.<br> The proxy server could not handle the request POST /foschini/content/en/foschini-contact-us.<br> <br> Reason: Error reading from remote server<br> <br> To whom it may concern<br> <br> After 3 weeks now , no one can tell me what is happening on my account, Foschini handed me over to attorneys by mistake and can't tell me who they are. All I'm asking is that the Foschini give me a letter that my account is up to date as it is reflecting on their system , or they make contact with the attorneys that they handed me over to in the first place to inform them that my account is up to date. If This Matter is not resolved by end of business tomorrow, I will go to Hello Peter and I will take the this further.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Elma van Niekerk<br>
