Foschini Grp - Exhorbitant charge SMS and tel Call

Foschini Grp calls me with "when are you going to pay? etc" I sent an email to request final statement as I want to close account. They have not rep**** since 19 June. They have an outo-calling system and charge you R20 per call and R20 per SMS. Unbelievable. They probably have an SMS and Calling Department that makes good money.
