FOSCHINI GROUP NOT SECURE, UNRELIABLE TOO

I have been a foschini customer for years and I've been a great one but today as I write this review I'm so angry and ready to close my account, there were *****ulent purchases worth more than R19000 on my account and they all done in and around Capetown whereas I stay in joburg, what makes me so annoyed is that their forensic department keeps sending me threatening messages that I should send some documents or else I would be liable for the purchases, I sent all the required documents and received confirmation that they were received but the emails and messages keep coming. They sent a dispute form which I filled in and attached my card and ID copy, what I'm not prepared to do is run around looking for a police station to do an affidavit, I'm working and hardly have the time, I'm already inconvenienced as it is and they keep frustrating me and the time frame they say it's going to take to resolve this is ridiculous, what kind of forensic department is this, and the fact that they only managed to pick up the ***** after the *****sters had maxed the credit on my account leaves a lot to be desired. One thing I can say is that they are about to lose a customer.
