Foschini group is disgraceful

A terrible business with no customer service. The only helpful member within foschini group is the answering prompt. I have been waiting for an account approval for a month now, the documents required for this were sent multiple times, with this i have multiple responses ensuring these documents have been received. My application has now been deleted due to an apparent lack of response from my side, in which case i cannot seem to be accepted for another one anytime soon, your business has f****** me off and i wish the deepest amount of ill will possible to your useless service.
