FOSCHINI GROUP is a rotten bunch

FOSCHINI GROUP, AND TFG REWARDS AND ACCOUNTS.

The above has over a period of 6 months contacted me via cellphone for marketing purposes, to get me into a contract or account of some sorts. I never once agreed.

Only after closing my Foschini account, and paying all the amount due to them, did I then receive a statement from Foschini saying I owe them for a magazine offering I had subscribed to, as well as a comprehensive insurance cover for that magazine.

There has been a constant passing the buck, no mam call customer service over this, no mam call the accounts department over this, no mam, call so and so, we cannot assist you!

Now Foschini is threatening to ruin my credit record by forcing me to pay for services I never agreed to

I have written to the FAIS Ombudsman regarding this matter,

I am tired of going over this case over and over. In one call, I requested the agent to go through all the recordings that can find an approval from my side that I agreed with buying a magazine.

TFG and all its market related devices are rotten to the core. They have put me through hell and back. NEVER AGREE TO AGREEING TO ANYTHING TFG AND FOSCHINI related.

Someone please help. I refuse to pay, when I had cleared the account, and there is proof to this effect, that I paid a complete amount. I am so tired of FOSCHINIGROUP
